Terms and Conditions Agreement
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Mobile Bar Hub (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Membership
2.1 Eligibility: To access our services, you must become a member by completing the registration process and agreeing to these terms. By becoming a member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
2.2 Membership Types: We offer digital memberships with educational material on starting a mobile bartending business. Memberships may be offered as a one-time fee or a monthly subscription, as indicated on our website.
2.3 Monthly Subscription: The membership is a $34/month subscription. By proceeding forward, agreeing to these terms, and paying for access, you understand that you will be billed monthly at $34/month until you cancel.
2.4 Lifetime Subscription: You also have the ability to purchase a lifetime subscription for a one-time fee which is listed on MobileBarHub.com. This is not a subscription and will only be billed once.
2.5 Additional Purchases: Additional purchases may be made inside the membership portal. These purchases are optional and will be billed separately from your subscription.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Information: By providing payment information to us, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using your preferred payment method. You may see Bendaygo on your credit card statement.
3.2 Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership by reaching out to team@mobilebarhub.com or by using a link inside the community portal to submit a cancellation request. No refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: All content provided through our services, including but not limited to educational materials, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Mobile Bar Hub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2 Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content provided through our services, except as expressly permitted by us.
4.3 Unauthorized Use: Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your unauthorized use of our intellectual property.
4.4 Licensing for Commercial Use: If you wish to use any of our content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to starting your own mobile bartending service, a separate licensing agreement must be negotiated and executed. Please contact us for more details.

5.1 Entertainment and Educational Purposes: Our services are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results from following the advice or information provided through our services. All business decisions made based on our content are at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Mobile Bar Hub, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Communication and Use of Information
10.1 Communication Consent: By becoming a member of Mobile Bar Hub, you consent to receive communication from us via email, social media, SMS, or phone call for purposes including but not limited to account management, marketing, promotions, and customer service.
10.2 Use of Information: You acknowledge and agree that any information, content, or materials you provide to us, including but not limited to feedback, suggestions, testimonials, and user-generated content, may be used by Mobile Bar Hub for commercial purposes, including advertising, marketing, promotions, and any other lawful business activities.
10.3 Consent to Use: By providing any information, content, or materials to us, you grant Mobile Bar Hub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such information, content, or materials in any manner and for any purpose, without any compensation to you.
10.4 No Obligation: We are under no obligation to use or incorporate any information, content, or materials provided by you, and we reserve the right to remove or reject any such information, content, or materials at our discretion.
